Dawnine Dyer, who was winemaker at Domaine Chandon for 25 years, and her wineaking consultant husband Bill Dyer have released their first commercial wine. It is a 1996 Cabernet fromtheir 2.2 acre home vineyard in the new Diamond Mountain AVA, and though production is very limited, it's being scooped up by connoisseurs and restaurants...."
