Since our first vintage in 1996 we have made Cabernet Sauvignon wines that we expect to age for decades. Located in the volcanic soils on Diamond Mountain, with it’s storied history, we had every expectation that this would prove true and we have not been disappointed. Each year we set aside 20 to 25 cases to evaluate and enjoy the wines as they age. While we applaud collectors who purchase wines to age, we know this is unrealistic for many and so we periodically we offer these aged wines to restaurants and collectors. Our cellar now has wines from the Dyer Vineyard going back 20 years.
